Care Based On Your Needs
If your physician has recommended home healthcare services to help you recover at home, A&T Certified can help. When you choose A&T Certified you will receive first class care that will be proficiently delivered and coordinated in collaboration with your physician. An A&T Certified RN will visit your home to discuss what type of care is needed and covered by Medicaid, Private Insurance, or Private Pay. We will work with your physician to develop a care plan that is customized to suit your needs which may include:
Nursing:
Patient education, medication and skilled treatments such as wounded care, IV therapy and ostomy care.
Physical Therapy: Treatment to improve range of motion.
Occupational Therapy:
Treatment to restore independence in self-care.
Speech and Language Therapy:
Communication therapy and treatment of certain swallowing difficulties.
Medical Social Work:
Professional assistance with long-term planning, one on one or family counseling.
Home Health Aide:
Trained Caregivers assist with personal care.
Physical Therapy
If you just had surgery and are in need of in-home physical therapy, we are here to help. We understand that being in the comfort of your own home while recovering from a procedure is important.
